| Susan Alden, N.D., A.P.N., B.C., received her Doctor of Nursing from Rush University College of Nursing in Psychiatric Nursing and a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practicioner from Graceland University, Independence, MO. Her MSN and BSN are from the Medical College of Georgia, School of Nursing, Augusta, and a BA in English and Religious Studies from Marycrest College, Davenport, IA. She is Board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and Family Practice Nursing.
Dr. Alden was Assistant Professor at Marycrest International University for twenty years and Supervisor at Davenport Medical Center / Trinity Medical Center North for ten years. For the past decade she has been in private practice in Davenport, IA. She has experience in most forms of individual and group therapies, addictions and career counseling, general and specialty nursing, education and nursing management.
